The service catalog
Seven things we do all day, every day — priced from the book, quoted before we start. If your problem isn't on the list, call anyway; after 37 years there isn't much we haven't pulled out of a Milwaukee basement.
Emergency Plumbing
Burst pipe, sewage backup, no water, gas smell near the water heater — call and a licensed plumber picks up. Nights, weekends, Packers Sundays. No overtime charge.
DISPATCH $89 — WAIVED WITH REPAIR
02Drain Cleaning & Hydro Jetting
Slow kitchen sink, gurgling tub, floor drain backing up when the washer runs. We cable it, jet it, and show you the camera footage — not just a plunger and a prayer.
FROM $129
03Water Heaters — Tank & Tankless
Repairs the same day, replacements usually within 24 hours. Straight advice on tank vs. tankless — including when tankless is the wrong answer for your house.
INSTALL FROM $1,650
04Sump Pumps & Basement Flooding
Milwaukee clay soil plus a March melt is how finished basements die. Primary pumps, battery backups, and check-valve fixes — installed before the water table wins.
FROM $850 INSTALLED
05Sewer Line Repair & Camera Inspection
We camera the line before we quote it — every time. Root cutting, spot repairs, and full lateral replacement with the footage to prove what you're paying for.
CAMERA $249 — CREDITED TO REPAIR
06Frozen & Burst Pipes
A Wisconsin specialty, unfortunately. Safe electric thawing, burst repair in copper or PEX, and the re-routing that stops the same pipe freezing every January.
THAW SERVICE FROM $189
07Kitchen & Bath Plumbing
Faucets, disposals, toilets, shower valves — and full remodel rough-in that your inspector will sign off without a second visit. We work clean in finished homes.
FAUCET INSTALL FROM $189

Why people keep our magnet on the fridge
A plumber answers the phone
24/7 dispatch staffed by licensed techs on paid rotation — not a call center reading a script from three states away.
The quote is the bill
Flat-rate book pricing, approved by you before work starts. If the job runs long, that's our problem, not your invoice.
No overtime charge. Ever.
Nights, weekends, Christmas morning — same rates. We schedule the on-call crew properly so you don't pay a panic tax.
Employees, not subs
All eleven vans are driven by background-checked Lipinski employees, trained in-house. We know exactly who's at your door.
We camera before we quote
Nobody here sells you a sewer dig without video proof. You watch the footage, you keep a copy, the quote maps to the screen.
Torch-sweat copper, not glue-and-go
Proper joinery, proper parts, permits pulled. Third-generation standards — Stan's father plumbed Milwaukee's breweries.
How a job runs
No mystery, no upsell theater. The same four steps whether it's a $149 flapper or a full repipe.
01
Call or book
A plumber answers — 24/7. Describe the problem, get straight answers, and pick a real arrival window. Emergencies jump the line.
02
Flat-rate quote
The tech diagnoses on-site and quotes the whole job from the book before starting. The price we quote is the price you pay.
03
Fixed right
Stocked vans mean most jobs finish in one trip. Torch-sweat copper, proper parts, permits pulled when the work needs one.
04
Backed for a year
We walk you through the work, leave the area cleaner than we found it, and warranty the labor for 12 months. In writing.

04 / THE FAMILY
Three generations. One trade. Zero shortcuts.
Stan Lipinski learned plumbing the way you learn a language — at the dinner table. His father plumbed Milwaukee's breweries in the '50s and '60s, back when Schlitz and Pabst ran the city and a brewery pipefitter was somebody. Stan apprenticed at seventeen, made journeyman at twenty-one, and spent the next decade fixing everything the south side could break.
In 1989 he bought a used van, painted LIPINSKI PLUMBING on the side by hand, and parked it outside a rented garage on Kinnickinnic Avenue. The pitch was simple, because Stan is simple about exactly one thing: do the work right, charge what you said you'd charge, and answer the phone when it rings. Thirty-seven years later, the shop is still on KK — a bigger building now, with eleven vans behind it.

What the neighbors say
4.9 stars across 823 Google reviews. Here are three with the details left in.
Supply line let go in the wall behind our kitchen at quarter to two in the morning. Danny answered the phone himself, talked me to the main shutoff while I was still half asleep, and a van was at the house in about 35 minutes. Torch-sweat copper repair, pressure tested, done by 4. The bill was the number he quoted before he started. I've told everyone on our block.
Another company quoted us $14,000 to dig up the front yard, sight unseen. Lipinski put a camera down the line, sat with me at the kitchen table watching the footage, and showed me it was roots at two joints — not a collapse. $349 of root cutting and a maintenance schedule. That was three years ago and the line still runs clean. Honesty like that buys a customer for life.
Our 40-gallon died on a Friday morning. Called at 8:15, Marcus laid out the options and prices on the phone with zero upsell — didn't try to talk us into tankless, actually talked us OUT of it because our gas line is undersized. New tank installed, old one hauled out, floor cleaner than they found it, hot showers by 3 p.m. the same day.
Where the vans run
Eleven vans out of Bay View, covering Milwaukee County and the near suburbs daily. Average emergency response: 46 minutes.

Fair questions
The four we hear most. The rest live on the FAQ page.
Are you really available 24/7?
Yes — a licensed plumber answers our line around the clock, 365 days a year. Not an answering service, not a call center: one of our own techs on a paid on-call rotation. Office hours for scheduled work are Monday–Friday, 7 to 5.
Do you charge extra for nights, weekends, or holidays?
No. Same flat-rate book at 2 a.m. Sunday as 2 p.m. Tuesday. Emergency calls carry an $89 dispatch fee that's waived when you approve the repair — that's the whole story, and you'll hear it on the phone before a van moves.
How does flat-rate pricing work?
Before any work starts, the tech diagnoses the problem and quotes the complete job from our price book — parts, labor, cleanup, permit if needed. You approve the number or you don't. The price we quote is the price you pay, even if the job runs long. Surprises on the invoice are how plumbing companies lose 35-year reputations, so we don't have them.
Are your plumbers licensed and insured?
Every tech works under Wisconsin Master Plumber license #MP-267145, and the company carries full liability and workers' comp coverage. Our plumbers are employees — background-checked, trained in-house, and driving our vans. We don't send subcontractors to your door.
Water where it shouldn't be?
A licensed plumber answers day or night. Flat-rate quote before we start, no overtime charge — nights, weekends, holidays.
