SERVICE №07 — FAUCET INSTALL FROM $189
Kitchen & Bath Plumbing
Faucets, disposals, toilets, shower valves — and full remodel rough-in that your inspector will sign off without a second visit. We work clean in finished homes.
For the dripping faucet you've muted with a rag, the toilet that runs at 3 a.m., and the remodel where the tile contractor needs the valve set right the first time.

How we handle it
The small stuff is most of plumbing, and doing it well is a discipline: a faucet set dead-level with new supply lines, a toilet pulled and reset on a fresh wax ring with the flange repaired instead of shimmed, a disposal wired and plumbed so it doesn't hum itself loose in a year. We put shoe covers on, we lay drop cloths, and we leave the kitchen cleaner than we found it.
Fixture swaps carry flat prices you'll get before we start: faucets from $189, toilets from $329 installed, disposals from $269. Bring your own fixture or pick from what we stock on the van — either way the labor price is the labor price, and the 1-year warranty applies.
For remodels, we do the work behind the walls: moving drains and supplies, setting shower valves and tub rough-ins to the millimeter the tile plan needs, venting done to code instead of creative. General contractors keep our number because our rough-ins pass inspection the first time — and because we show up when the schedule says.

Kitchen & Bath Plumbing — questions we actually get
Can I buy my own fixture and have you install it?
Sure — about half our customers do. Two notes from experience: builder-grade internet faucets can cost more in callbacks than they saved up front, and if a supplied fixture is defective out of the box we can't warranty the fixture itself, just our install. We'll tell you at the door if we recognize a lemon.
My toilet runs every few minutes. Is that urgent?
It's not an emergency, but it's real money — a running toilet can waste 200 gallons a day, and Milwaukee Water Works bills you for every one of them. Usually it's a $149 flapper-and-fill-valve fix that pays for itself inside two billing cycles.
Do you handle the plumbing for a full bathroom remodel?
Yes — rough-in through trim-out. We coordinate directly with your GC or tile setter on valve depth and drain placement, pull the plumbing permit, and meet the inspector. If you're acting as your own GC, we'll sequence you honestly on what happens when.
