Terms of service

These terms govern use of this website and, in plain summary form, how Lipinski & Sons Plumbing, LLC does business. The signed work order you approve before any job controls over anything written here.

Estimates & pricing

We quote flat-rate prices from our published price book after on-site diagnosis. A quoted price includes labor, materials, cleanup, and permit fees identified at the time of the quote. The quoted price does not change unless the scope changes — and a scope change requires your approval before additional work begins. Prices shown on this website are starting points for typical jobs and are confirmed before work starts.

Emergency dispatch fee

Emergency calls carry an $89 dispatch fee, which is applied as a credit toward any repair you approve on the same visit. If you decline the repair, the dispatch fee covers the trip and diagnosis.

Warranty

Labor on repairs and installations is warranted for 12 months from completion. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment pass through to you (typically 6 years on water heater tanks, 3–5 years on sump pumps). Warranty service requires reasonable access to the original work and does not cover damage from freezing, misuse, alterations by others, or acts of nature.

Scheduling

Appointment windows are confirmed by dispatch by phone. We'll call or text before the tech rolls. If we miss a confirmed window without notice, tell us — we take it seriously. If you need to cancel, a call before the van is dispatched costs nothing.

Payment

Payment is due at completion by card, check, or cash. Approved property-management accounts may arrange net-15 invoicing. Financing for qualifying larger projects is offered through a third-party lender; their terms govern that credit.
