How we handle it
When you call our emergency line, you don't get a menu and you don't get a call center in another state. You get a licensed plumber — usually Marcus or Danny, or whichever of our techs is on rotation — who will ask you three or four sharp questions, tell you exactly what to shut off, and give you an honest arrival window. Most nights we're at your door inside an hour.
The first five minutes of a plumbing emergency matter more than the next five hours. That's why the person answering the phone has pulled a supply line out of a flooded wall themselves. They'll walk you to your main shutoff while the van is already moving.
We stock our emergency vans like small warehouses: copper and PEX in every common size, ball valves, sump pumps, water heater elements, gas-rated fittings, and a freeze kit from November through April. The goal is one trip, one fix, tonight — not a temporary cap and a follow-up appointment.

What counts as a plumbing emergency?
Water you can't stop, sewage coming up a drain, no water to the whole house, a water heater leaking from the tank, or any gas smell near a gas appliance. If you're not sure, call — we'll tell you honestly whether it can wait until morning at regular rates.
Do you really not charge extra at night?
Really. The price for a 2 a.m. burst pipe is the same flat rate as a 2 p.m. burst pipe. We staff an on-call rotation so nobody's getting dragged out of bed unpaid — it's built into how we run the company, not into your bill.
What should I do while I wait for the plumber?
Shut off the water at the main — it's usually a wheel or lever valve where the line enters your basement, street side. If it's a fixture, close the stop valve under it. Kill power to the area at the breaker if water is near outlets. The dispatcher will talk you through all of this on the phone.
How fast can you actually get here?
Our 2025 average was 46 minutes from call to doorbell across Milwaukee County. Brookfield and Franklin edges can run a bit longer in a snowstorm. We give you a real window when you call and text you when the van is rolling.
